The following are our studio’s policies for as needed lessons.
Payments: Payments must be made through the studio. Payments are due upon booking.
Scheduling: When you want to schedule a lesson, please contact your teacher directly so they can set up scheduling with the studio. Lessons are by availability only, availability changes weekly.
Teachers are not responsible for supervision of students outside of their lesson time or lesson room. If your student needs to leave to use the restroom, they will not be supervised. If you leave the studio during your student’s lesson, you are responsible for picking your student up on time.
Pets are not allowed in the studio with the exception of service animals.
We ask everyone in the studio to be respectful towards our faculty, studio space, policies and instruments and to have a good attitude in their lessons. It is essential for students to be able to listen well and follow directions in their lessons. If these requirements are not being met, we reserve the right to terminate lessons at any time. Termination is the decision of the lesson teacher.
Sarah’s Violin Studio is not responsible for any lessons that take place outside of the studio.
Lessons that are cancelled less than 3 hours before the start time or a no show will be forfeited.
For teacher cancellations, you will receive a refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
Video Surveillance Acknowledgment and Consent
Sarah’s Violin Studio has equipped the studio with a security camera capturing both video and audio to protect everyone in the studio.These devices may capture audio and video of all activities and conversations in the lesson room.
Studio will make reasonable efforts to secure the digital video and audio data captured by the surveillance devices, which is stored for no longer than 15 days.
I understand that all activity in the studio lesson room may be subject to audio-video surveillance, as described above. I have read the above information. I understand these policies.
