By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and understand that the lesson time currently being offered to my student is a temporary placement and is not guaranteed to be a permanent lesson time.

This temporary placement is available through the date listed in my email. After this date, my student may need to pause lessons until a permanent lesson time becomes available.

Sarah’s Violin Studio will make reasonable efforts to find a permanent lesson time; however, a permanent placement is not guaranteed on any timeline, but simply when a time that works for you and us opens. I understand that the studio will communicate any necessary scheduling changes as they arise.
