Do these dates work for you? I have a big range of time reserved for both days. You will only be required to be there for a fraction of the day. Once I know how many students are participating, I will give you more specific times as soon as possible. Please reserve the day for the time being. Once I hear back from all the teachers, I will let you all know so you can officially plan. Please do not mention the recital to students until I have heard back from each teacher and the dates are officially on the calendar. (Saturday teachers, I will plan your rehearsal and recital around your teaching schedule)
