Contract for Thursdays at 4:30

Please type your name below to agree to the following regarding thursdays at 4:30 for fall semester:

-You will be paid for 4:30 on Thursdays weekly on the days you have agreed upon to teach. You will not be paid on weeks that you have no lessons. This payment structure only applies to this lesson spot. When I’m able to change the schedule to open up your room again for you to teach at 4:30 on Thursdays again, this payment structure will be terminated. You will have the option to choose to add this spot for you to teach in or delete the spot from your schedule and not get paid.
